The motif is based on a photo of a sculpture by the sculptor Bohuslav Metelka. Simple elementary shapes, noble stone and fine grid with white surfaces in a geometric composition. We like it that way. The motif is printed on our sewn t-shirts made of pleasant GOTS certified organic cotton. 100% made by the Czech Republic :)

Bio cotton

Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemical sprays using natural laws. Natural biodiversity, crop rotation and compost fertilization keep the soil healthy and full of nutrients. Instead of chemicals, weeds are prevented by simple skinning and hoeing, mulching, more efficient irrigation, growing more species of plants together. Natural insecticides are used and various practices (eg planting of certain crops) promote the occurrence of natural enemies of pests. Flowers are often harvested by hand or in a more gentle way and without the use of chemicals to defoliate plants.

Jak tiskneme naše trička

Vše začíná namícháním konkrétního odstínu.

Tohle je celkem laboratoř, protože utrefit přesný odstín podle Pantone vzorníku při tisku "vodovek" - vodou ředitelných barev, je někdy na dlouhé lokty.

Někdy pomáhá kniha se vzorníky předchozích designů.

Klíčovou věcí jsou filmy, které se přesvítí na síto. Každý film je jedno síto, každé síto je jedna barva.

Důležité je taky odladit si pozici tisku na tričku.

Takhle vypadá síto namontované na "karoselu". na každé rameno jedno síto s konkrétní barvou.

Tiskař má svou práci rád a vzorování nenechává náhodě

Na konkrétní síto se nanese konkrétní barva

Přiloží se na textil a stěrkou vetře do trika

Takhle se postupuje s každou barvou, až se vám na konci vyloupne hotová grafika!

Natisklá trička se musí prohnat tunelem, kde se barva zapeče a vydrží tak spoustu praní bez větší ztráty kytičky :)

A nezapomeňte podpořit svého lokálního tiskaře. Je to těžké a časově náročné řemeslo a handmade je prostě pořád nejdál. My se o to snažíme s každým tiskem :)
