For ordering the Youngprimitive articles A REGISTRATION IS NOT NEEDED. However, if you decide to register, you will gain many benefits such as exhaustive overview of your orders or no need to fill in your details every time.
Information requested during registration is mandatory. For logging into the system and for ordering the goods you will need your E-MAIL and PASSWORD which you choose in the registration form. After the registration you will be added to the database and your e-mail address and password will be requested every time you visit us or you will try to buy something at our website. The log in will be sent to your email address entered in registration form.
Payment via Paypal – If you choose to pay via Paypal we will add 250 Kč / 10 € to Europe (300 Kč / 12 € outside Europe) for postage to the orders that do not excess 99999 Kč (3999.96 €).
Before the confirmation and dispatch of your order it is possible to subtract your credit from the cost of the goods. You can read more about the credit system in the section CREDIT SYSTEM below. After the dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation email with the overview of your order. After that you can track your order in the section MY ORDERS.
After the dispatch of your order you will automatically obtain a confirmation email with the overview of your order and information about the acceptance of your order by our system. The usual delivery note is between 5 to 10 work days. You can check the state of your order in the section MY ORDERS.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. In the email you can find an identification number of your package. Based on that number you can track your order at the website of the Czech Post Office. In case you haven´t received a confirmation email, please, contact us as soon as possible at info@youngprimitive.cz
There is a 24 months guarantee on every item which has been purchased in YOUNGPRIMITIVE e-shop. All complaints will be solved according to the valid Czech Commercial Code. In case of any complaints, please follow this procedure: Place the claimed item into any package and enclose the original invoice as well as a short description of the defect. Please, do not forget to give us your email or phone number. Package with all the mentioned requirements and labeled COMPLAINT send as a registered package or registered mail without cash on delivery to following address:

After receiving your complaint we will evaluate it and inform you about the possible solutions via email. In case of legitimate complaint we will either repair the item and send it back, (it applies only on cases of removable defects that were not caused by the owner or by a wrong usage of the item bought) or we will send you a new piece or will give you a refund. (This applies only on cases of irremovable defects or manufacturing defects that were not caused by the user).
If for any reason the clothes do not suit you, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt and get your money back. To withdraw from the purchase contract, use the online withdrawal form.
After the return has been registered, carefully pack the unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Returned goods must not show signs of wear and use. Take the parcel marked "RETURN OF GOODS" to the nearest branch of the SHIPPING SERVICE, where you will report the following code to the operator: 90664963
When handing over the package, please state your name and surname. You will hand over the package and receive a receipt. In a few days you will receive an email from us that the package arrived safely in our warehouse and we will refund your money.
You will send the goods within 14 days of receiving them. After that, we cannot accept the goods. You do not pay anything for sending the package. The cost of delivery is our responsibility.
