Polyester microfibre

Polyester can be processed into fibres in a variety of ways. A special type of polyester is the so-called microfibre. As their name suggests, these are very thin fibres that are even weaker than real silk, let alone compared to wool and other materials. When thinner and finer fibres are used, they need to be compacted in the fabric, which provides good strength and also other properties for which microfibres are highly valued. First of all, the entire surface of the material is smooth and soft. The microfibre gives the leggings excellent functional properties - it wicks fluid away from the body but is breathable and permeable. To ensure that your leggings last a long time, avoid contact with sharp and rough surfaces such as Velcro, wooden surfaces, rough benches, walls, etc.

Jak vyrábíme naše legíny

Vše začíná na tomto obřím plotru, kde nachystanou grafiku natiskneme na přenosný papír.

Klíčová je pro nás správná barevnost. Aby legíny nebyly příliš tmavé, nebo naopak světlé. Aby motiv hezky vynikal, byl správně detailní a ostrý. Aby se nenatisklo nic, co by rušilo kompozici na nohách nositelky :)

Je to časově náročná a titěrná práce.

Vytištěný papír se položí na čistý bílý materiál a vsune se opatrně do lisu.

Vše musí dokonale sedět.

Udržet 3 vrstvy tak, aby se nic nekrčilo a rovnoměrně se zažehlilo je opravdu věda. Tohle je kritické místo celého tisku. Buďto máte metry dokonalého tisku na látce, nebo metry kazového materiálu...

Po zažehlení designu na látku se potištěná metráž s díly doveze na dílnu, kde je švadlenky ručně vystříhávají.

Celé je to pomalá ruční práce, která se nedá uspěchat. Funkční materiály jsou hladké a při zpracování kloužou a pruží.

Poté se jednotlivé díly sešijí pružným stehem a kvalitní nití, které vydrží velký tah.

Odladěný střih legín je svatý grál. Snažíme se ho neustále zlepšovat a reagovat na vaše potřeby při sportu i při běžném nošení.

Naše řada recyklovaných legín je upletená z recyklovaného polyesteru, který vznikl jako druhotný produkt z PET lahví. Látka je opatřená řádným certifikátem od Holandského institutu.
